BUSINESS DESCRIPTION

You must provide an electronic copy of your Distributor Business Description for each of your Distributor channels.

This is used to explain to Product Providers what your channel offers. Please ensure you consider the following:

Must be less than 2000 characters (including html formatting)
Include location, content, services, and all other relevant information such as number of Unique Visitors to your website, customer traffic through your Information Centre etc
Any information about how often your website is updated with bookable products (if there are any manual steps required) and who to contact in the event a listing does not occur.

DISTRIBUTOR TERMS AND CONDITIONS

You must provide an electronic copy of your Distributor Terms & Conditions for each of your Distributor channels. These are the commercial terms that a Product Provider will agree to when opting in to your channel. Please ensure you consider the following:

Can be any length
Include your Distributor Rate and pricing terms
Include information about the payment flow you will be using (eg; Direct Payment or On Account)
Include information regarding settlement of On Account bookings (if relevant) including address for invoicing and timing of payment cycles
Full details of the circumstances in which You can change Your Distributor Terms and Conditions including Your Distributor Rate. Note You must include a requirement for Product Providers using You as a Distributor to be notified by e-mail a minimum of 30 days prior to the implementation of any changes to your Distributor Rate. This notice will be copied to V3.

To download the form [right click and open link in new tab] - Direct Debit Request and Payment Approval (if relevant) is to authorise direct debit of fees chargeable as mentioned above, repayment of any over payments to You caused by errors or omissions in calculations or tax invoices and direct credit of payments owed to You and to nominate Your bank account where direct credits and direct debits, if required, are to be made.
